I empower individuals, couples and families to share their own story and find their voice while walking alongside them in their exploration of discovery and healing as they create their new story victory and triumph. I use an integrative therapeutic approach to ensure that the client receive the treatment they desire and deserve. I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration as a Family Life Educator from Kent State University. I received my Masters of Science and Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Therapist, I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
My areas of interest are anxiety, depression, LGBTQ, adolescence, relationship issues. I feel passionate that it is my primary objective as a therapist is to promote a safe environment for the individuals and families with whom I work. I believe with a great amount of security comes a great amount of vulnerability. It is my hope that together we can create a narrative of resiliency, perseverance, and making positive changes. Give your story a voice it deserves to be heard!
