Congratulations on taking the first steps to rebuild, restore and renew. You are well on your way to becoming a better version of YOU!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate born and raised in Louisville, KY. I believe that my job as a therapist is to meet each individual where they are in order to get them to where they want to be. I believe that

change is made through establishing supportive and healthy relationships and my focus is to create a collaborative, warm and comfortable environment in which my clients feel free to explore.

I am a certified drug and alcohol counselor and work closely with clients in this area. I am also a mentor for pregnant teens. I have experience with people from all walks of life in both community mental health setting, in home, school and in private practice settings. I welcome individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. I am passionate about working with anyone who wants to take the first steps to becoming a better version of themselves by exploring therapy and healing.

I integrate multiple models, including, but not limited to, systems approach, structural family therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and experiential therapy.

I earned my Bachelors of Science in Communications from Spalding University in 2003 and my MBA from University of Phoenix in 2010. I am a recent graduate of Campbellsville University, where I earned my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy in December of 2017.
